  • A request for granting an exceptional opportunity shall be submitted when the degree is not obtained within the allotted time frame of the program, at least one month before its completion.
  • A request for granting an exceptional opportunity shall be submitted due to the low average from (very good) in two consecutive semesters, immediately after them, and before the start of the next semester.

 

The student must follow up on the status of his or her request regarding its approval or rejection through the icon (My Requests) in Academia. National Day holiday, midterm break, and long weekends, and are all observed in accordance with the university stage academic calendar.

All of the aforementioned academic procedures must be applied for through (academia); paper applications are not allowed. Adhere to this calendar as requests will not be accepted after the allotted time has passed.
