يختص بالشؤون الأكاديمية وسير الدراسة لطلبة الدراسات العليا، الإلحاق الداخلي، المستحقات المالية للجان المناقشات وغيرها.
يهتم بالإشراف على شؤون الخريجين ومتابعة تنفيذ مهامها، وإعداد الأدلة والتصاميم والنشرات التعريفية لهذه المهام.
